University-Enterprise Cooperation Activity with China Metrology University
On March 20, 2025, a group of faculty and students from the School of Life Sciences at China Metrology University, led by Professor Huang, visited our company for a tour and exchange session. During the visit, a “University-Enterprise Partnership for Talent Development” special recruitment activity was held. Over ten undergraduate and graduate students participated, and after several rounds of interviews, some outstanding candidates received preliminary offers from our company.
Rigorous Evaluation, Targeted Talent Selection
To comprehensively assess the students’ professional skills and overall qualities, a three-stage interview process was adopted:

Personal Introduction: Candidates presented their academic background, practical experiences, and career goals.

Group Discussion (Leaderless): This stage evaluated logical thinking, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

One-on-One Interviews: Supervisors from our Quality and Production Departments conducted in-depth assessments to match candidates with specific job roles.
After two hours of detailed communication and evaluation, several students stood out with their solid professional knowledge, clear career planning, and strong adaptability, earning official offers from our company.
Deepening University-Enterprise Cooperation to Cultivate Industry Talent
This initiative not only provided university students with a high-quality platform for employment and practical experience, but also further strengthened the collaboration between our company and China Metrology University in the integration of industry, academia, and research. Looking ahead, we will continue to promote close university-enterprise cooperation, explore efficient mechanisms for aligning talent development with industry needs, support the growth of outstanding students, and inject fresh vitality into our company’s development.
