Position Opening: International Sales Representative (Medical Devices)

Location: No. 360 Tianmushan West Road, Yuhang Street, Yuhang District, Hangzhou (Near Line 16 Yuhang Road Metro Station)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (Weekends off)
Job Description:
Develop and maintain international client relationships in the medical device market; establish and grow long-term business partnerships with overseas customers.
Manage order follow-up and delivery processes; ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction post-sale.
Formulate sales plans and targets; track performance to ensure company goals are met or exceeded.
Collaborate with internal teams (production, procurement, finance, and quality) to ensure smooth order execution.
Handle inquiries, prepare quotations, conduct contract negotiations, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
Stay updated on international market trends and competitor activity; adjust sales strategies accordingly to highlight company product advantages.
Job Requirements:
Associate degree or above in International Trade, Business English, or related fields; experience in the medical device industry is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in international sales; familiarity with B2B platforms such as Alibaba International Station; trade show experience is a plus.
Strong command of English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to handle daily business communications and document writing.
Proven ability to independently explore new markets and develop business opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Team player with strong coordination skills to work effectively across departments.
Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
Proficient in office software (WPS, Photoshop, etc.) and familiar with international communication tools (WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: ¥5,000 – ¥7,000/month
Commission: 2% – 3% (Total annual income: ¥100,000 – ¥200,000+)
