YGR®Density Reagent
The density separation solution is a liquid composed of PVP, silica gel, glycerol, and purified water, capable of forming a stable density gradient under centrifugal force. Cells or particles in the sample form stratified distributions within the gradient according to their density differences, thereby achieving effective separation. It is widely used in fields such as cytology, immunology, and molecular biology.
