How to Use:
- Immerse fixed smears in hematoxylin for 3-5 minutes
- Rinse in running tap water
- Differentiate briefly in acid alcohol (if required)
- Blue in alkaline solution (e.g., Scott’s tap water)
- Proceed to OG6 and EA50 for complete staining
