How to Use:

• Immerse fixed smears in hematoxylin for 3-5 minutes
• Rinse in running tap water
• Differentiate briefly in acid alcohol (if required)
• Blue in alkaline solution (e.g., Scott’s tap water)
• Proceed to OG6 and EA50 for complete staining
